Eyeconic Beauty xo policy: Please read before booking. A non refundable deposit of $20 is required for new clients to book. The deposit then goes towards the service. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Cash preferred but I do accept Cash app, and Zelle as a backup option If you’re running late. Please let me know. If it’s after 15 minutes your appointment will automatically be canceled. Always arrive with clean eyes and do not wear contact lenses. Dress comfortable and limit caffeine. If you arrive wearing either contacts or makeup then they will have to be removed. Any leftover makeup residue may affect your lash retention leading to premature lash fall out. Your first appointment will be your longest. We will start with a consultation then discuss lash styles and after care. Please expect to be there for a full 3 hours. Each eye has on average 150 lashes. I apply around 300 lashes at a full set appointment. It’s completely normal to shed 2-5 lashes per day. Which is why it is important to pre book your fills and follow after care. If any issues occur within 24 hours of your lash appointment please contact me immediately. If premature fall out occurs you have a 48 hour window to receive a touch up. Anything after 48 hours is considered a mini fill. If I do a touch up your next fill is based off your original booking date, not the touch up date. Mini fill - 2-7 days after (70% of lashes remaining) Regular fill 8-21 days after (50% of lashes remaining) Anything after 3 weeks is considered a full set. Even if the lashes still look full they will be grown out and have to be removed and replaced. I accept select foreign fills. A picture will have to be sent to me of the previous work before booking. I will then either approve it or offer to do a removal depending on the work. I will not do a removal on clusters. No children or guests allowed I am home based. Located in Cheektowaga, NY.
